If a payment fails
What to do when MockFlow cannot renew your subscription or your subscription is paused.
If a renewal payment does not go through, MockFlow shows Your MockFlow subscription failed to renew when you open the app. A paused subscription shows Your subscription is paused. Your work is safe in both cases.
Message | What to do |

Your MockFlow subscription failed to renew | Click Update billing details and check your card, or add a new one. |
Your subscription is paused | Click Resume to continue your plan. |
If you no longer need the plan, choose Cancel subscription instead. See Cancel your subscription.
