My board isn't syncing or keeps reconnecting
What You're offline. Trying to reconnect means on a MockFlow board, how your changes are kept, and what to check when live sync or Mida stops working.
Every MockFlow board stays in sync with your team over a live connection, so edits, cursors, comments and Mida replies appear for everyone straight away. When that connection drops, the board tells you and recovers by itself once you are back online.

You're offline. Trying to reconnect
When your device loses its internet connection, a black banner at the bottom of the board says You're offline. Trying to reconnect. While it shows:
The board is paused, so you cannot edit it. Anything you changed before the banner appeared is kept.
Your teammates see you as Offline in the list of people on the board.
When the connection returns, the banner changes to Back Online and the board catches up with every change your teammates made in the meantime. There is nothing to save or reload.
If the banner does not go away
Check that other websites load. If not, reconnect to Wi-Fi or your network.
If you use a VPN, a proxy or a company firewall, ask your IT team to allow secure WebSocket connections to mockflow.com. Live sync and meetings need them.
Reload the page. Your board opens with its saved content.
Check status.mockflow.com for any ongoing incident.
Live sync and Mida are unavailable until you reload
If your session could not be verified with the live sync server, MockFlow shows Couldn't authenticate this session with the MockFlow realtime server. Live sync and Mida are unavailable until you reload the page. Reload the page. If the message comes back, sign out and sign in again.
The connection dropped while Mida was working
If the connection drops in the middle of a Mida reply, the chat says The connection to MockFlow dropped while Mida was working, so the response can't reach this session. Please resend your message. Once the board is back online, send the same message again.
