The desktop app

The MockFlow desktop app runs your boards in their own window on Mac or Windows and adds file mode for boards saved on your computer. See Install the MockFlow desktop app.

Computer and network requirements

  • Memory: at least 4 GB of RAM, more for very large boards and wireframe projects.

  • Network: a stable internet connection. Live sync, Mida and meetings use secure WebSocket connections to mockflow.com, so a VPN, proxy or firewall must allow them. See My board isn't syncing or keeps reconnecting.

  • Meetings: a microphone, and a camera for video, with browser permission to use them. See My microphone doesn't work in a meeting.

If the editor looks wrong or does not respond

Some browser extensions, such as grammar checkers and font tools, can interfere with the board editor. Open the board in a private window, where extensions are usually off. If it works there, turn off the extension for mockflow.com.
