FastSpring is an authorised reseller for A Produle Systems and they handle all the payment related information collected from the user when they subscribe to / purchase any of our products.

MockFlow products allow collaboration where you can choose to share your projects with other users. You can create content, which may contain information about you, and grant permission to others to see, share, edit, copy and download that content based on settings you or your administrator (if applicable) select. This will also allow the other users to view some of your profile information (e.g, your username, profile pic etc).

Sharing with third parties:

Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers to provide website and application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis and other services for us, which may require them to access or use information about you. In order to safeguard your data created using MockFlow, we automate multiple data backups that may contain your account information. All the backups are securely stored using encryption.

  1. Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

  1. Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.

Data Retention policy

MockFlow stores users’ project data securely in their storage server and is globally backed up for a specific period of time in order to address any inadvertent situation of data loss. If the user deletes his data using the ‘Delete account’ option, all the user data is permanently deleted. Once they’ve been permanently deleted, they can no longer be recovered or restored.

Data archiving and removal policy

MockFlow uses a secure deletion process to delete data from our servers. We establish clear guidelines for archiving information to ensure its accessibility and integrity over time. Our third-party service providers also follow secure protection processes for the media they control. Our practices adhere to data protection regulations, aiming to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or misuse during both archiving and removal processes.

We adhere to strict protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information within our storage systems. Our practices comply with relevant data protection regulations to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We regularly review and update our storage procedures to maintain the highest standards of data security and privacy.
