Your work is yours
Your boards, files and AI output belong to you. We use them only to run MockFlow for you.
No AI training
We never train AI on your data, and our AI providers may not either. This covers every plan.
We never sell your data
Providers that help us run MockFlow may use your data only to do that work for us.
You stay in control
You can see, correct, export and delete your data, and turn off website cookies at any time.
Fair renewals
Paddle emails you before each renewal. If a renewal catches you out, write to us within 3 days of it.
Notice before changes
If a change matters, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Recent changes
- Terms of Service 14 October 2026
- Rewritten for MockFlow as it is today: boards, WireframePro, Mida and other AI, meetings, connectors, Bridge, MCP, the API, and the desktop and mobile apps.
- New plans section: Basic is free for personal and nonprofit use, and commercial work needs a paid plan.
- Clear billing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules, including refunds for a renewal you report within 3 days.
- New sections on your content, no AI training, AI features, acceptable use, integrations, and templates and UI kits.
- Inactivity now applies only to free Basic accounts unused for 60 days. Work on a lapsed paid plan is archived, not deleted.

- Rewritten to cover what MockFlow collects today, including AI requests, meetings, connectors, apps and boards made without an account.
- Promise that your data is never used to train AI, on any plan.
- Paddle, not FastSpring, is named as our reseller.
- Added the full list of service providers, where data is stored (the United States) and how long each kind of data is kept.
- New cookie section with cookie choices, asked for by a banner where the law requires consent.
- Your privacy rights, with the extra rights that apply where you live.
