Is the Google Meet whiteboard free?
Yes. It works on every plan, including the free Basic plan. Install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace at no cost. Paid plans add unlimited boards and higher collaborator limits.
How many people can collaborate at once?
Everyone in the Google Meet call can join the same whiteboard and work on it in real time. Paid plans have higher collaborator limits for larger teams.
Do participants need a MockFlow account?
No separate registration is needed. Participants sign in with their Google account right from the call.
What can I create on the whiteboard?
Flowcharts, mindmaps, cloud architecture diagrams for AWS, Azure and GCP, customer journey maps, kanban boards, storyboards, SWOT analysis and more. Mida can also generate diagrams from a text prompt.
Does the board save after the meeting ends?
Yes. Every board is saved to your MockFlow workspace automatically, so you can revisit, edit and share it after the call.
Does it work with Google Workspace for Education?
Yes. It is available through the Google Workspace Marketplace and works with Google Workspace for Education editions. Administrators can install it for their domain.
