Connect Jira, Slack, Notion, GitHub and other apps so Mida can turn real tickets, threads and docs into boards.

Updated 10 Oct 20261 min read

Your team's work already lives in other apps: sprints in Jira, discussions in Slack, specs in Notion, issues in GitHub. Connect them to Mida and it can work with that live data on your board, for example showing the current Jira sprint as a kanban or turning a Slack thread into an affinity map. Your Concept Builders can use the same connections.

Opening Connections from Mida, applying Jira, asking for a sprint review, and Mida adding the epics on a timeline, the burndown and a mind map of open epics

Connect an app

  1. Open Mida and click the plug icon (Connections) below the prompt field.

  2. Find the app in the list, or type its name in Search connections....

  3. Click Connect and sign in to the app in the window that opens. Some apps ask for a detail first, such as your Jira site address.

MockFlow confirms when the app is connected. Click Examples & tools on an app to see example prompts and what Mida can do with it, such as searching issues or listing sprints in Jira.

Use a connected app with Mida

  1. In Connections, click Apply on the app. It shows as a pill above Mida's prompt.

  2. Ask for what you need, for example Show my current Jira sprint as a kanban or Turn this week's #launch Slack thread into an affinity map.

Mida reads the data from the app and builds the result on the board. Click Deactivate to stop using the app in your requests.

Apps you can connect

The list includes Slack, Trello, Notion, Jira, Linear, GitHub, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, Asana, Airtable, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel. More apps are added over time.

Which plans include connections

Slack and Trello connections work on every plan. Connections to the other apps are part of the Max plan. On other plans, those apps show Unlock Connections. See MockFlow pricing for details.
