If you have made a payment using our previous payment provider - FastSpring, then follow the below steps. If not follow this article.
To edit billing details such as address, credit card, or name of your existing subscriptions, kindly follow the below steps.
Note: In order to change your billing email address. Please contact us - mockflow@produle.com. Only billing email will receive invoices automatically.
Go to your profile and choose 'Subscriptions' from the sidebar in account settings.
Click on the 'Subscriptions' tab in account settings. Here click on the 'Update Billing Details' button next to the subscription listed.
This will open the payment page in a new tab. Here again, click on 'Edit Subscription' to update your billing data.
