How to rename node and edit node details ?

To rename a node, double-click on the node to edit its text. 

It can also be edited by bringing up its sidebar, which provides the following node details:

1. Node name

2. Node URL

3. Node Status

4. Icon

5. Thumbnail

6. Notes

7. Comments

8. Files
