How IdeaBoard structures your Tactiq transcript

Tactiq + IdeaBoard — FAQ
Which Tactiq export formats are supported?
PDF (recommended), Markdown, and TXT. IdeaBoard also supports CSV and JSON. File limits: 5 MB for PDFs, 500 KB for text files.
Do I need a paid Tactiq plan?
No. Any plan that supports exports works — including the free plan. Transcripts from the Chrome extension (exported as PDF) convert cleanly.
Are action items and owners preserved?
Yes. Action items are mapped to owners automatically and organized into structured components like boards or checklists.
Can I combine multiple meetings into one board?
Each transcript creates its own section inside same project. You can combine insights manually if needed.
What about data privacy?
Your transcript is used only to generate the board. Only users who have access to your designspace, can view or modify the content.
How is this different from Tactiq’s AI summary?
Summaries are static text. IdeaBoard turns the same information into an interactive board you can edit, organize, and share.
