Which Granola formats are supported?
Copy as Markdown (recommended), PDF export, or plain text. IdeaBoard also supports CSV and JSON. Limits: 5 MB for PDFs, 500 KB for text.
Does it recognize Granola notes?
Yes. Section headings from Granola notes are preserved and turned into structured components on the board.
Do I need a Granola paid plan?
No. Any plan that lets you copy or export notes works, including the free plan.
Can I combine multiple notes into one board?
Not yet. Each note creates its own board. You can combine insights manually if needed.
What about data privacy?
Your transcript is used only to generate the board. Only users who have access to your designspace, can view or modify the content.
