Questions about automation templates.
What is an automation template?
A ready made automation for the MockFlow Automations page. It says when it runs, what it reads, what board it makes and where that board goes, so you only connect the app and turn it on.
When does an automation run?
On a schedule you pick, such as every Monday at 9:00, when something happens in a connected app, such as a meeting recording being ready, or when something happens in MockFlow, such as a new board or a new member.
Where does the board go?
Each run makes a new board in the space you choose, adds to a board you already have, or keeps one frame on a board up to date. It can then send the board on, for example to a Slack channel.
Can my team share its own templates?
Yes. Save any automation as a template and everyone in your team sees it in the gallery. Team templates are on a paid plan.
Which plan do automations need?
Max. On other plans you can set one up to see how it works, but it only saves and runs on Max.
