AUTHENTICATION FAILED (Error-SAML007): Your authentication process via SSO has failed

You might be seeing this error due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your email account might not have been included to a ProductDesign/Enterprise/TeamPack yearly license. Contact your administrator to include your account
  • The SSO configuration made by the administrator is not valid
  • If you are facing any other issues, write to us at support@mockflow.com
