Flows For JIRA - Create Flowcharts & Flow diagrams and attach to Jira issues

Follow the below steps to install MockFlow Flows, use it to create flowcharts, process flows, architecture diagrams, user flows & more and attach them to your JIRA tasks.

Step 1: Install MockFlow Flows add-on for JIRA

Click on the 'Install to JIRA' button to install MockFlow Flows add-on to your JIRA instance from Atlassian Marketplace. After installation, start free 30-day trial of MockFlow Flows add-on for your team.

Step 2: Open any issue created in JIRA to attach a flowchart

After installation, a new section of MockFlow Flows will appear in all Jira issues automatically. This section contains the 'Add Flows' button which opens the MockFlow Flows editor within JIRA.

Step 3: Open MockFlow Flows editor to create flowcharts

On clicking the "Add Flows" button, it opens the MockFlow Flows editor within JIRA.

Step 4: Choose the Flowchart type

In the MockFlow dashboard, choose the type of flowchart that you would like to create - General flowcharts, architecture diagrams, User flows, etc., or you can choose 'Create with AI' to get a base from AI generated flowchart. Note that you can change the flow type in the next step too.

Step 5: Create the Flowchart

Use the easy drag-and-drop editor and the built-in library of flowchart shapes, symbols, and icons in MockFlow Flows app and create your flowcharts easily. Explore the templates, icons, flow packs etc. to expedite your flowchart creation. Once done, click on the 'Attach' button to add the flowchart to the Jira issue.
