Terms of Service
The agreement between you and MockFlow for using the MockFlow website, apps and services.
Last updated 14 October 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and A Produle Systems Pvt Ltd, the company that makes MockFlow ("MockFlow", "we", "us"). They apply when you visit mockflow.com or use any MockFlow product. Please read them. By creating an account, buying a plan or using MockFlow, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use MockFlow.
If you accept these Terms for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you can bind it, and "you" means that organisation and the people it lets use MockFlow.
- Your boards, files and AI output belong to you. We use them only to run MockFlow for you, and we never use them to train AI.
- Basic is free for personal and nonprofit use. Commercial and business work needs a paid plan.
- Use MockFlow lawfully and respectfully. Don't abuse it, break it or use it to harm others.
- Free Basic accounts that stay unused for 60 days may be closed. Work on a lapsed paid plan is archived, not deleted.
- MockFlow is provided "as is", and our liability is limited as section 17 explains.
1. Words we use
- MockFlow or the Service means the MockFlow website, the web app at app.mockflow.com and everything in it (boards, WireframePro, Mida and other AI features, team chat, meetings, comments), the desktop, Mac App Store and mobile apps, browser extensions, add-ins and apps for other products, connectors, MockFlow Bridge, the MockFlow MCP servers and the MockFlow API.
- Your content means what you or your team put into MockFlow or create with it: boards, projects, spaces, items, text, comments, chat messages, files, images, audio and video, prompts, and the output that AI features produce for you.
- Workspace means the spaces, boards and projects that belong to an account or a team license.
- License owner and License Admin mean the people who manage a team license, as described in section 6.
2. Your account
In short: give us accurate details, keep your sign in safe, and tell us if someone else gets in.
- Accurate details. Give us a real name and an email address you control, and keep them up to date. We send notices about your account to that address.
- Sign in. You can sign in with a password, or with Google, Microsoft, Apple or your organisation's single sign-on. Keep your password and sign in methods safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us about misuse. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and write to support@mockflow.com.
- Boards without an account. Some features, such as trying a board at mockflow.com/new or using the MockFlow app inside an AI assistant, work without an account. Those boards are temporary and are deleted automatically, usually after 24 hours. These Terms apply to them too.
- Lawful use. You may not use MockFlow if the law or sanctions rules that apply to you or to us prevent it.
3. Plans
In short: Basic is free for personal and nonprofit use. Paid plans add more, and the pricing page always has the current details.
- Basic is free with no time limit. It is for personal and nonprofit use only. Using MockFlow for commercial or business work, including work for clients, needs a paid plan.
- Paid plans, such as Plus and Max, are priced per editor. Reviewers and viewers who only look, comment or react don't take a paid seat. A 10-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that does not renew.
- Special licenses for startups, education and enterprise have their own pricing and may come with an order form or agreement. Where that document differs from these Terms, it applies.
- MockFlow for Mac sold on the Mac App Store is a one-time purchase handled by Apple, and Apple's terms apply to that purchase.
- Limits and features. Each plan has its own features and limits, such as projects, storage, revision history, AI credits, meeting features and rate limits. The current details are on mockflow.com/pricing. We may limit use that is far beyond what a plan is meant for, or that affects the Service for others.
4. Billing and renewal
In short: Paddle bills you for us. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Paddle is our reseller. Our online orders are processed by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all MockFlow subscriptions and passes. Paddle charges you, handles taxes and issues invoices, and your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms. Enterprise licenses may also be paid by bank transfer or purchase order.
- Automatic renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and Paddle charges the payment method on file, until you cancel. Paddle emails you before each renewal.
- Prices and taxes. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in the currency shown there. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where they apply. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
- Seats. You can add or remove editor seats from your dashboard, and what you pay changes to match.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we let you know by email so you can update your payment method. Until the payment is made, the paid features of your plan stop working. Your workspace stays on its plan and does not move to Basic.
- AI credits included with a plan reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over. Credit packs and AI credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
5. Cancellation and refunds
In short: cancel anytime with no fees. New purchases aren't refunded. Missed a renewal? Write to us within 3 days.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your dashboard whenever you like, with no contract and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then your workspace moves to Basic.
- New purchases. Payments for a new subscription, a plan upgrade, added seats, a 10-Day Pass or AI credit packs are not refundable.
- Renewals. If a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, write to support@mockflow.com within 3 days of the renewal date and we will refund that renewal.
- Your legal rights. Nothing in this section takes away a refund right that consumer law or Paddle's buyer terms give you.
- Lapsed plans. When a paid plan ends, nothing is deleted. Your projects are archived at no cost and come back as you left them when you upgrade again.
6. Teams, licenses and admins
In short: on a team license, the license owner and admins control the workspace and the work in it.
- The person or organisation that buys a team license is the license owner. The license owner manages the license: who is on it, their roles, and security settings such as single sign-on, two-factor authentication and SCIM. The license owner can also make people License Admins, who can add and remove people from the license.
- If you join a team license, the license owner and License Admins can see that you are on it and can manage your access. They see your boards only when the boards are shared with them, and your boards move to a teammate only when you both confirm by email. Your organisation's own policies may also apply to you.
- The license owner is responsible for the people it adds, for their use of MockFlow and for paying for the seats they use.
7. Your content
In short: you own your content. You give us only the permission we need to run MockFlow for you.
- You own it. MockFlow does not claim ownership of your content. You keep every right you have in it.
- Permission to run the Service. You give MockFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. This includes sending parts of your content to the service providers and AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy when you use a feature that needs them. The permission ends when your content is deleted from MockFlow, apart from copies in backups, which are removed in the normal backup cycle.
- No AI training. We never use your content to train AI models, and we never give it to anyone for that purpose, not even in an anonymised form. See the AI Policy.
- Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you add, and that it doesn't break the law or these Terms. You decide who you share it with. If you share a board publicly, invite people or embed it on a website, anyone with access can see it, and some roles can copy or export it.
- We don't look at it without a reason. MockFlow staff do not open your boards except when you ask us for help, when we need to investigate abuse or a security issue, or when the law requires it.
- Keep copies. We back up the Service, but you should export anything important. MockFlow lets you export boards and projects in several formats.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely and without owing you anything.
8. AI features
In short: AI output is yours to use, but check it before you rely on it. The AI Policy is part of these Terms.
MockFlow includes AI features, such as Mida, Concept Builders, AI generation on items and AI images, video, audio and 3D. The MockFlow AI Policy explains how they work with your content, who owns the output, how AI credits work and the extra rules for using AI. It is part of these Terms. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to output made for others, so review it before you rely on it or publish it.
9. Acceptable use
In short: use MockFlow lawfully, and don't harm other people or the Service.
You agree not to use MockFlow, or help anyone else use it, to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights;
- upload or share content that is illegal, sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses or threatens people, or is hateful or deceptive;
- send spam, or use sharing, comments, chat, invitations or notifications to reach people who did not ask for them;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or run phishing or fraud;
- upload malware, or try to reach accounts, boards or systems you are not allowed to reach;
- get around plan limits, AI credit limits, rate limits or security controls, for example by creating many accounts;
- scrape the Service, or reach it by automated means other than the MockFlow API, MCP servers and Bridge used as documented;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of MockFlow, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- overload or disrupt the Service, or test its security without following section 7 of the Developer Terms;
- resell or sublicense MockFlow, or use it to build a competing product.
10. Integrations and other services
In short: when you connect, embed, export to or use MockFlow inside another product, that product's own terms apply to it too.
- Connectors. When you connect a service such as Slack, Jira, Notion, Google Drive or GitHub, you allow MockFlow to read the data you choose from it and bring it into your boards. You can disconnect a connector at any time.
- Permission to connect. You may connect only accounts and data you are allowed to use. If you connect your organisation's workspace, such as a company Slack or Jira, you confirm that you have its permission to do so.
- MockFlow inside other products. MockFlow apps for Jira, Confluence, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Office, Google Meet, Figma, ChatGPT, Zapier and other products, and our browser extensions, are part of MockFlow and these Terms apply to them. The terms of the product they run in, and of the marketplace you install them from, apply as well. Admins of that product may control whether the app can be installed and who can use it.
- Your own AI tools. MockFlow Bridge, the MockFlow MCP servers and our plugins let AI tools you choose, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, read and change your boards. What those tools and their providers do with your content is governed by your agreement with them.
- Embeds. Content you embed on a board, such as a Figma file, a Loom video or a Google Doc, is loaded from its provider and stays under that provider's terms. Only people with access to it there may be able to see it.
- Exports. When you send work to another product, for example a kanban board to Trello, Jira or Asana or a wireframe to Figma, the copy there is governed by that product's terms, and we are not responsible for it.
- Sign in with another account. If you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, that provider's terms apply to your account with them. Keep it secure, because it opens your MockFlow account.
- When another product changes. Integrations depend on other companies. If one of them changes its service, its terms or our access, an integration may change or stop working, sometimes without notice. If that removes a major paid feature, section 14 applies.
- Building on MockFlow. If you use the MockFlow API, API keys or OAuth apps, the MockFlow Developer Terms also apply.
- Links. MockFlow and boards can link to other websites, which have their own terms.
We don't control other products and are not responsible for them, for their content, or for what they do with data you send them.
11. Templates, UI kits and shared assets
In short: use our templates, kits and icons in your own work. Don't resell them as they are.
- You may use the templates, UI kits, icons, images and other assets that MockFlow provides in the boards and designs you make, including for commercial work on a paid plan. You may not sell or redistribute them on their own, or as part of another collection of templates or assets.
- Some assets come from third parties, such as stock image services, and their license terms also apply.
- If you submit a template to the MockFlow template library, you give MockFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, show and offer it to other MockFlow users, who can then use it as this section allows. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
12. MockFlow's property
In short: MockFlow, its software and its brand belong to us. You get permission to use them, not ownership.
MockFlow and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, components, templates and documentation, and all intellectual property in them, wherever in the world it exists. While you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service for the plan you have. Some parts of MockFlow, such as the MockFlow MCP packages, are released under open source licenses, and those licenses apply to them.
MockFlow® is a registered trademark of A Produle Systems Pvt Ltd in the United States (United States Patent and Trademark Office) and in India. MockFlow's name, logos and other brand features are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms lets you use them without our written consent, except to refer to MockFlow accurately, for example to say that a board was made with MockFlow.
13. Privacy and security
The MockFlow Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and you agree that we may use data as it describes. How we protect the Service is described in Security at MockFlow. Please report security issues to support@mockflow.com.
14. Changes to MockFlow
In short: MockFlow keeps improving, so features can change. We'll warn you before removing anything important that you pay for.
We update MockFlow often. We may add, change or remove features and limits. If we remove a major paid feature or reduce a paid plan in a significant way during your billing period, we will tell you in advance and, where it is fair, give you a pro rata refund for the time left. Features marked beta, preview or early access may change or end at any time and are provided without any commitment. MockFlow may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
15. Suspension, closure and inactivity
In short: you can leave anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms, and we may close free accounts that stay unused for 60 days.
- Leaving. You can stop using MockFlow at any time and delete your account from My Account. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first and wait for your account to move to Basic. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and projects, and they can't be restored.
- Suspension. We may suspend or close an account, remove content or limit features if you break these Terms, if your use puts other users or the Service at risk, if you don't pay, or if the law requires it. When we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- Inactive Basic accounts. We may close a free Basic account, and delete its content, when nobody has signed in to it for 60 days. This does not apply to accounts with a paid plan, or to the archived work of a paid plan that has lapsed.
- After closure. When an account is closed, the right to use MockFlow ends. Sections 7, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 continue to apply.
16. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep MockFlow reliable and safe, but we can't promise that it will always be available, free of errors or right for every purpose. In legal terms:
MOCKFLOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MOCKFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION FROM MOCKFLOW CREATES A WARRANTY THAT THESE TERMS DO NOT STATE.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MOCKFLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO MOCKFLOW OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MOCKFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO MOCKFLOW OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR MOCKFLOW IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) 100 US DOLLARS.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
18. Indemnity
If someone else brings a claim against MockFlow because of your content, your use of MockFlow in breach of these Terms, or your breach of the law, you will defend MockFlow and pay the resulting damages, costs and reasonable legal fees. We will tell you about the claim promptly and cooperate with you. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.
19. Governing law and disputes
In short: let's talk first. Most problems are solved that way.
If you have a concern, please write to support@mockflow.com first. Most problems are solved quickly that way, and we will try in good faith to resolve a dispute within 30 days before either of us goes to court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts in Coimbatore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or MockFlow. If you use MockFlow as a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protection, and any right to bring a claim in your local courts, that the law where you live gives you.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as MockFlow changes or the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows the version in force, and the version history below lists each change with its highlights and keeps earlier versions to read. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless it has to happen sooner for legal or security reasons. If you keep using MockFlow after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. If you don't agree with them, you can stop using MockFlow and cancel your plan.
21. General
- Whole agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AI Policy, any order form you sign with us and, when you use the API, the Developer Terms are the whole agreement between you and MockFlow about the Service.
- Transfer. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business behind MockFlow, and we will tell you if that happens.
- Events outside our control. Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wide internet or power outages, failures of hosting providers, war or government action.
- Severability and waiver. If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something now, we can still enforce it later.
- Independent parties. These Terms don't make you and MockFlow partners, agents or employees of each other.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account or show them in the app. You can send notices to support@mockflow.com or to our address below.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies if they differ.
- Questions. Write to support@mockflow.com.
