# What is MockFlow

MockFlow is a visual canvas for people, teams and agents. It combines an online whiteboard, a diagramming tool and a wireframing and prototyping tool on one shared board, so a team can take an idea from the first brainstorm to a finished plan in one place. Mida, the AI assistant built into every board, helps create and organize the work.

## What you can create in MockFlow

A board can hold any combination of components side by side:

- **Brainstorming:** sticky notes, mind maps, upvotes, polls and timers.
- **Diagrams:** flowcharts, cloud architecture diagrams, ER, UML and sequence diagrams, sitemaps and customer journeys.
- **Wireframes and prototypes:** app and website screens built from a full widget library and linked into clickable prototypes.
- **Planning and data:** kanban boards, timelines, spreadsheets, charts and checklists.
- **Documents:** docs and code blocks placed next to the work they describe.
- **Maps and floor plans:** locations with pins and routes, and layouts for physical spaces.
- **Apps and games:** interactive tools that AI builds from a description and that everyone on the board uses together.

## AI assistance with Mida

Mida plans the content you describe and adds it to the board as editable components. With Mida you can:

- Generate a complete board from a short description.
- Convert a meeting transcript, notes or a product requirements document into decisions, owners and open questions.
- Select existing content, such as sticky notes, a wireframe or a diagram, and have Mida sort, convert or rewrite it.
- Work with a Concept Builder, an AI collaborator with a defined role that asks guiding questions and visualizes the concept as you work.
- Connect Jira, Slack, Trello, GitHub or Google Docs and visualize live tickets, threads and documents.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Teams that already use Claude Code, Codex or opencode can connect them through MockFlow Bridge, so Mida runs on their own agent without using credits.

## Real-time collaboration

Changes appear for everyone on the board as they happen. Teams can hold audio and video meetings on the board, present it live, discuss work in team chat, and pin text, audio or video comments to a specific area of the canvas.

## WireframePro is included with every plan

WireframePro, the dedicated UI design editor with UI packs, symbols, multiple pages and Build mode, is included at no extra cost. In the app it appears as Classic WireframePro.

## Platforms and integrations

MockFlow runs in the web browser and as a desktop app for Windows and Mac. It also works inside Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Jira, Trello, Confluence and Visual Studio Code. AI assistants such as Claude and Codex can create and edit boards through the MockFlow MCP server.
