# Delete your account

> Permanently delete your MockFlow account and its projects.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all your projects. It cannot be undone.

1. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first and wait for your account to move to Basic. See [Cancel your subscription](/docs/cancel-your-subscription).
2. Click your name at the bottom of the workspace sidebar, choose **My Account**, then **Profile**.
3. Under **Danger zone**, click **Delete account** (1).
4. Confirm, then type **delete** or your password to finish.

> **Warning** Export anything you want to keep before you delete your account.
